My "R" repeat function on Trello doesnt work anymore .... is it a bug or have i missed somethign?

When i used to press R on a hover of a card it would repeat the previous action on a new card and was invaluable -but it hasnt worked for ages and i cant find an effective workaround

I have run a couple of tests on my end, and it repeats the actions. Can you let me know which action you are trying to repeat?

Thanks for coming back. I use it almost exclusively for archiving or moving cards to lists.  It worked for over a year and then just stopped working.  

I use Trello for my personal GTD system - so when I want to move multiple cards to the same new list on a different board I used to be able to perform the action and then instead of clicking move, selecting the same board, selecting the relevant list I used to just press R and it would repeat the action.  Now nothing happens. 

Any help appreciated?

I could upload a video?

Thank you for reaching out! As Sakshi mentioned, this feature is available in Trello, so it seems like the issue might be specific to your machine.

If you’re using Trello in a browser, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they resolve the issue?

Browser Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try accessing Trello in an incognito/private window.

  • Disable any browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, as they can sometimes interfere.

  • Update your browser to the latest version.

  • Try a different browser to see if the issue persists.

If you’re using the Trello desktop app, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If none of these steps help, could you please provide us with a short video of the issue? This will help us better understand what’s happening and assist you more effectively.
