Hello,

I was using Trello and had several boards, lists, and important notes stored there. Recently, I was asked to sign in with an Atlassian account. After signing in, all of my data disappeared. None of my previous boards or notes are visible anymore.

These notes are very important to me. Could you please help me recover my Trello data or restore access to my previous account?

Hello Aytan, while we don't have access to your account information as this is the Atlassian Community Forums, not Atlassian support I might be able to help.

It almost sounds like you created a new account and that is why you do not see your old boards, lists, and so on. 

I would recommend checking if there is another email you used when setting up your Trello account initially, log out of your new account, and log into the old one.
