I've had to create another account with Trello because one wasn't functioning. Now I am using it with no trouble on my desktop, but when I look at my phone app version, it will only allow me to use the old account. Therefore I'm not getting notifications. It doesn't show me an option for changing accounts on the phone app.
I've deleted and reinstalled the app (no luck).

As you mentioned, your phone app only allows you to log in to your old Trello account. If you click on "Logout" and then select "Login" (login with email), do you see the option "Add another account"? If yes, click on it and add your new email and password.
