My notifications does not work?

Hi,

I don't get any notifications at all, not to my mail or in the app on my computer. I have checked all settings, both on my computer and in Trello and they are set on "get notification immediately" but I don't. 

What shall I do?

Hello Nina

There are some standard notifications like:

  • You are mentioned in a comment.
  • You are added to a card, board, or team.
  • You are mentioned in a checklist item.
  • One of your boards is closed.
  • When someone makes you an admin of a board or team

And then there are some that are based on subscription to the board, list, or card, all of which are outlined at the Receiving Trello Notifications help page.  You will not receive notifications for actions that you take, only for actions that are taken by another user. 

Email notifications are based off of notifications that you receive in the notification center on your board, and sometimes the email doesn't generate right away (may take a moment) so if you clear or acknowledge those notifications in the notification center before receiving an email about them, the email won't get triggered.

 So with all of that in mind, what notifications are you expecting to receive that you are not receiving?
