First ask an invited member whether they can still open the board and obtain the exact board URL from them privately. Also confirm that you are signed into the same Atlassian account that created it. I would not recreate the board until those checks are complete.
I develop Board Export Lite. It cannot recover a currently inaccessible board, but after access is restored it can create portable JSON, CSV, or XLSX snapshots:
After the refresh, click your profile avatar and confirm the exact Trello username/account you're currently logged in with. Is it definitely the new account that created the board?
Can one of the people you invited still open the new board?
