My invite links expire after a single use. Is it possible to create permanent ones?

I use the invite links in many different ways across a wide range of boards in my project. previously i used to be able to share one link and it'd work for anyone i sent it to.

Recently the links have changed behaviour and they only work once, subsequent users get taken to an invalid invite page.

Can anyone help me fix this?

this might not be accurate as a new team member just signed up with an old link. it might be that the links are sometimes working and sometimes not working. i'm not 100% sure atm
