My export process seems to be stuck or not working, how do I stop it and start a new one?

I started an export, it shows the status as "Fetching Board Data (0 of 5)" and has been showing this status for over 30 minutes. Also, when I try to create a new export a message pops up saying "Your workspace already has an export in progress" and doesn't allow me to proceed to create a new one. It seems stuck or not working, how do I stop it's progress and create a new export?
