My credit card was charged, but it does not show up in billing history.

My credit card was charged, but it appears nowhere in my billing history. I cannot find contact information to speak with customer service anywhere.

There could be a few possibilities:

  1. You have multiple Trello accounts under different email addresses. Please check the other account, if you do have one.
  2. You may have multiple workspaces under the same account. Please check the billing page for each workspace to see which one was billed.
  3. Lastly, it is possible that someone else used your credit card to pay for Trello. In that case, it would be best to cancel your card and get a new card to prevent more fraud.
