My coworker who has a paid account has tried to reset his password, and it says he will receive a 6 digit code that never comes. Then he gets an email that he will get an email in 24 hours with a link to reset his account. That email never comes. This is a work stopage. Its nuts that you dont have a number to call because he cant login to get help. I had to create a free account just to get him help.

I understand the user is not receiving any emails. When you mention that the user will receive another email within 24 hours, that is normally the process to disable 2FA.
Can you share the username of the user so I can check on my end if I can see anything in the logs?
