I have just discovered that dozens (all) of my comments over the past several days have not been going through but rather are “queued.”

This is on the phone app for Apple. I have gone to settings and tried to sync but it will not sync.

Does anyone have any suggestions/experiences with this?

Thanks so much!

I am experiencing the same thing! Extremely frustrating and detrimental to work. Did you find a solution?

I have the same issue on iPhone 14. Closing the app is not helping at all. Trello is useless on iPhone. Same thing goes to iPad.

Hey Daniel, that's definitely a bit odd. It sounds like you're doing the right thing by going to the Sync Queue. When you try manually syncing from there, does your phone have a solid internet connection? And is Trello's app allowed to use data, or are there any other restrictions in place to prevent access to your network?

If you're not able to get on a network, or if the changes don't send, you can export a list of the changes so you don't lose them, then add them back manually later.

To do this, open the app and go to the Account tab. From there, open the Sync Queue. Tap on the Share button to send yourself a text description of the changes.

The steps we suggest in our troubleshooting article are to close the app completely by tapping on the home screen and swiping up on Trello, and then reopening Trello. If the changes still don't sync after that, check to make sure that the network is working by opening a separate webpage in the browser.

Sorry to hear that. I haven't been able to replicate this and haven't seen widespread reports - by chance, does fully deleting the app then reinstalling change the way it behaves? Note that this would delete any unsynced actions in the queue, just so you're aware!

I am experiencing the same issue and none of your suggestions work either. When I try to send myself the changes that doesn’t work either as they come up blank

There have been a few changes since this was originally posted, so not everything may be exactly as it was! Sorry for the trouble, Lucy, could you help us troubleshoot by opening the Sync Queue, then enable Sync File Logging in the More actions menu (...)?

Once that's done, try resyncing the changes from the Sync queue directly. And depending on your subscription, don't hesitate to open a ticket and send us those logs as well.

While we can't review logs in the community for privacy reasons, enabling them will increase anonymous logs that our developers may be able to use overall to help improve syncing.
