My cards still move with no automations on my board

Even though I have removed all automations and rules from my board, my cards in one list always move once a day. 

I've tried everything the AI bot says to do and I'm still having the cards being sorted by due date without asking them to! Please help!

I am Rishabh from the Trello support team. Welcome to the community!!

I checked our systems and noticed that you have a schedule automation active on one of the boards to sort this list by due date.

You can disable the automation by going to the "Scheduled" section in the automation menu, just below the rules button in the screenshot:

My screen doesn't show any automations in the scheduled section (see image attached)- is this something you'd be able to remove for me please? I don't want any automations for right now

Hey Oscar,

It won't be possible for us to disable the automation for you.

I checked the scheduled automation rules, and you can't see the automations because they were created by the second user on the board, who is also the admin of the board and the workspace.

Can you reach out to them and ask to disable the automation for you?
