When my team member starts the phone app, my shared boards are not displayed.
There's lots of info missing here for anyone to help out.
I'm not with support, but I work with a lot of remote users who often send these "I can't see x" messages and it's often a puzzle to figure out.
I'm sure with a bit more background this could be easy to fix; I've never had a bug where an added user was unable to access after their invite.
