Hello, I'm a free version user.
I had multiple boards I was using; one was shared with another person.
After an update on Android, all my boards disappeared.
I did not delete them by accident, and when I try to look on the closed boards (on the web version of Trello), no boards seem to have been closed.
I used it 2 months ago, so I'm still an active user. I don't think my account needed to be deleted.
I also saw that there could be an issue with the admin account, but I'm pretty sure that I was the admin account...
How can I recover my boards, please?
Hi @Jérémy Carpentier ,
Are you saying you cannot view the boards only on the mobile app, or on the web as well? Also, can you ask the other person to take a look on their end and let you know if they're experiencing the same thing or if they can see the board(s)? 👀
If you have an old board or card link (let's say, in the browser history or bookmarks), take a look there and try to open it. If it opens but says you lack permission, that strongly indicates the board still exists, but the currently signed-in account is not the one that has access. 🔗
Have you checked if you're in the correct workspace? From the Trello home page, switch through each Workspace in the sidebar. Boards can be absent simply because the current view is a different Workspace.
If you potentially have any additional accounts, I'd recommend trying to log out and log back in with the account/email you used before/so far.
What you could also do is start a free trial of the Trello paid plan and then reach out to Atlassian Support. That's probably the fastest way you'll get this resolved as they can check in the backend what's going on. 🎟️
Once you resolve it, you can simply switch back to free plan.
Cheers,
Tobi
Hi,
It seems that the other person doesn't have access to it either.
I can't find an old card link; I was using it almost alone on a smartphone.
I only have one workspace and one account.
Thanks for your help; I might do the paid plan trick.
Cheers,
Jérémy
