My board was closed, admin's account was deleted, I need to recover the board

See title. The admin got this message:

"We noticed you've been away for over two years. We miss you, but we get it if you've moved on.

Log in via ***** by October 20, 2025 to keep your account active. Otherwise, your Trello data will be deleted."

He did not realize that along with his account, a board he once set up would be closed because it is very actively used. (Also it just closed, April 23, not October last year, so possible not related.)

We now have a closed board with no admin to re-open. Please help, my business relies on it.
