Hey there, I have been trying to sign in to my Trello account and it's making me create a new account? I had a ton of stuff in there related to my business and now I can't access any of it. I've used all of my email addresses and non of them work, although my account should be under either cldarrach@outlook.com or chelsea@fithikernation.com.. is there a way I can retrieve this? I was also active on the account so I don't know why it would do this.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It’s great to have you here.

I’ve taken a look at the emails you shared, and it looks like your main account is actually tied to your Outlook email address. Could you try logging in using that one instead?

If you find that you're still being automatically logged into the new account (the one linked to your fithikernation.com email), I’d recommend logging out of everything first to clear things up. You can do that right here: https://id.atlassian.com/logout

Once you've logged out, try signing back in with your Outlook credentials. Let me know how it goes! 😊
