My account opened with my gmail just disappeared. HOW CAN THIS BE??

My account has disappeared. I created a new one out of desperation, but the old one with the content I could never find—this was months of work, and I also got no email advising me of anything. How do i get my old board back??

I am using Gmail account for years on Trello and nothing was suddenly removed. So I guess which email domain you use does not matter. 

You are saying that "account disappeared".. What exactly you mean by that? When did you last used it? Are you sure that the password is correct when you try to log in? Did you tried to change your password? When creating a new one.. Did you used the same email to register? If so did it allow you to do so?

 Thanks for the reply. I only have have one gmail account. I was offered a link to friends Trello board and I was usually able to toggle between these two accounts. Then one day, approx. 2 weeks ago I could no longer toggle between my accounts. I could only access the linked account but not my account that I had with my gmail. The password was saved so I never had to enter the password and I never changed the passwords even when i created a new account. I then created this new Trello account again on the same gmail address - which surprised me...but I also thought it would bring back my old one...but that was not the case...can anything be done to retrieve the old one on my gmail account?
