My account looks to have been wiped and boards closed so that none of my team can access them.

I don't use my account anymore, but my team use a few of the boards that I set up. They have been closed (I think due to my inactivity) and I can't get into my account to recover them. I tried changing my password and it has given me a new account with no boards in it.

At least one of the closed boards has vital information in it that my team was able to access as little as 2 weeks ago.

How do I get my account back so I can see the boards and re-opened them?
