My Trello board says it is closed and only the Admin can reopen it

My Trello board says it is closed and only the Admin can reopen it but does not show who is the admin, i think i am the only member available.

The previous admin appears to have been dormant, and their account was deleted. Please check the board again and see if you're able to reopen it using these instructions. Let us know how it goes!
