My MS Teams members (within a sub-channel) cannot see my Trello Board

Could someone explain to me why my other team members cannot see the Trello board I created?

Do all team members needs to be registered via Trello, before they can have access to my board in Teams? Or is there a way around it?

I'm aware that I can share the board with other Trello members, I am trying to avoid (if it can be avoided), asking the whole team to register with Trello.

@Josh Dayco if you want to share a board with people not in Trello, you'll need to make the board public, otherwise Trello has no way to authenticate and see who should have access to your board. 

To make it public, click the icon to the right of the board name (will probably look like a lock sign or a group of people) and choose Public.
