My Free Trello account has dissapeared

Hi,

I just tried logging into my free Trello account where I have multiple boards and have found that they have disappeared and I'm being asked to create a new account. I have a lot of work that I have placed on at least one of these boards and I need it back. 

Can you please help retrieving my board asap.

Have you used any other email address to access Trello in the past—perhaps a work email or another personal email? If so, could you please try logging in with that email address?

Additionally, if you have a link to any board or card that you previously accessed, please share it with me. This will help me check which account is linked or associated with that board or workspace.

I definitely using the right email address. I've always used a personal email address. I tried resetting the password and received the message

"Looks like it’s your first time on Trello.

Do you want to create a new Trello account using your Atlassian account with the email xxxx?" where xxxx is my email address.
