My Board is closed, can you please reopen?

Hi there,

I work on a board which was set up by our work email account, the admin account, but we all use our personal accounts to work on the site. Tried logging in today to see that the board is closed and only board admins can reopen it. However, the work email account doesn't seem to be able to reopen it.

Could I please be made an admin of this board so I can reopen it myself and continue my work?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

@Colin Regan Hi Colin, we've granted you a board admin role so you should now be able to reopen the board. The original board admin was deleted in accordance with the dormant user policy. Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi Blair i have the same issue, my board name is  personal

Can you help me to reopen it please.

Good day, Welcome to Atlassian Community!!

Usually, it should be admin to re-open if you know any, you can approach them as well.

Meanwhile I have requested Atlassian as well, if they can help here. Normal SLA is 2 Business days, and they will respond on this same Community post.

Hi Akhand,

Thank you for the response. However, as mentioned in the initial message, the work account, the admin account doesn't seem to be able to reopen it or even have the Board visible on that account.

I was hoping that my account (this one I'm writing from) can be changed to Admin so that I can reopen the board and continue with the work I and my team were doing.

Hopefully Atlassian can provide more info on this.
