My Board is closed, can it be reopened?

I got this message  when opening https://trello.com/b/q73xhl76/domacnost

You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance.  Can it be reopened?

It looks like you are not alone - few users also having a similar problem related to "closed" boards which might be something related to a dormant policy

Hi @Ivan Datko , I can see that the board is closed. The board admin's account was deleted due to inactivity over the last two years, as per our Dormant account policy.I have promoted your account to board admin.Can you please try now to reopen the closed board under a new workspace and let me know if you face any issues?
