My Board is closed, and Admin needs Updating

A shared board I was a member of has been closed. I get the message "

XXXXXXXXX is closed.

To reopen this board, contact this board admin: XXXXXXXX

The Admin named is no longer with our organization. Hopw can I get the board reopened. and be added as admin of the board?  Or who can I contact to do this.
