My Atlassian account associated with the email address [removed] has been deactivated, and I am unable to access my Trello workspace.

I received the following message when trying to log in:
"You don’t have permission to access this content. It looks like your account has been deactivated."

What you need to do right now
1. Contact your organization’s Atlassian Admin

If your email domain is managed by a company or school, only your Org Admin can reactivate your account.

Tell them:
“Please reactivate my Atlassian account in admin.atlassian.com → Directory → Users.”

If your org uses Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta, or another IdP, the admin must restore your user there first.

2. If this is a personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)

Then the deactivation was not done by an organization.

In this case, only Atlassian Support can reactivate the account.

Dear @Jorge Cammarota

I cannot complete the section related to "What is the site URL of your app within your organization?"

My account is a personal account and I don't have any administrator who can activate my account.

When I want to submit a ticket to the support team, I must complete that section, and as a result, I cannot submit the ticket.
