Moving personal board from personal to professional workspace

We've managed to copy a board that a work associate created on her personal account, over to our company's professional account...for her team to use. She wants to get rid of it on her personal account, but when we "close" it on her personal account, it closes the one we copied as well.

That seems weird to me, if we've actually copied the whole thing into the new environment/workspace, shouldn't we be able to login to her personal account and "close" it?

Literally, "asking for a friend." Thanks

Each trello board has a unique URL, so for example it might look like

https://trello.com/b/ABCD9Jb4/sample-board

See the part where it says: ABCD9Jb4?

That is the UNIQUE board id.

I think maybe you didn't copy the board - you just moved it, so there is only ONE board.  But you can make sure for yourself.

Go to the board you think is in the professional workspace - look at the URL - write down the ID.

Now go to the board in the personal workspace and look at the url.  Is it the same ID?
