Moving board to different Workstation

I'm trying to move a board from one Workstation to another in the Settings on the top right.  For one specific board it will not allow me to.  When I select the new Workspace I want to move the board to from the dropdown menu it shows an error saying that I don't have permission to view the workspace.  I am the Admin of them all.  I don't understand why it worked for other boards, but repeatedly not for this one.

Any clues?

If that workspace is managed by your company then there may be restrictions on sharing imposed by the org admin https://trello.com/guide/enterprise/manage-permissions#access-workspace-&-board-permissions
