Moving an old Trello account to my new account

I have an older Trello account that has a user name that is tied to an old work email.  I cannot login to it since I no longer have access to the email.  I want to get my boards and workspaces, since they were all personal and have nothing to do with the old business.  I have opened a new Atlassian free account with hopes of being able to move my workspace/boards over to the new account.  

Is that possible?

Trello have dedicated KB Article for this use case.

You no longer have access to the old work email, so check if you're still logged into that Trello account on another browser, computer or mobile device. If so, don't log out; use that session to add your new account to the boards and Workspaces.

When locked out, Atlassian cannot change the email on the old account for security reasons. Their recommendation is to ask your former employer to temporarily restore access to the old mailbox to recover the Atlassian account.
