Moved ticked checklist items to a new list

 I have a list for items I normally order.  I would like to chose which ones I need from a checklist and those that are ticked move to a new list to create an order.

Do you mean to say that this is sort of a dynamic select list. Once you select on a option from the first list, then this opens up another list with specific options? 

If not, please provided detailed notes/diagrams how you envision this to work so that we may suggest how could you go about implementing this?

Yes in some instances I would need this to happen. So if yes one list and if no another.
