Move card to other list to top of list not bottom

I have a DONE list which it is satisfying to move cards to from various other lists. I'd prefer that new cards went to the top of the DONE list, so it is in reverse chron order. That is more useful for when I need to review. 

This question has appeared several times since 2018. 

Does anyone know if Atlassian will update and make the fix?

You can also select the position when you use the move function:
