Missing updates

Hi - I use Trello religiously for work (free version).

 

None of my recent ticket updates are showing (super concerned).

 

The last activity I can see dates back to January. My last updates were Fri 22nd August. 

 

Please can someone help?? Thank-you so much.

Hi - thanks for supporting.
The board name is "JM Brands".
I can see the tickets I've created - but the information (i.e., 'details') I added to tickets has disappeared.
Example, on the 'done' column you'll see a ticket called "Thurs 21st Aug" - I KNOW that I had lots of information on this, though nothing is showing and I can't see any timestamps on the activity. 
This is the case for lots of tickets on the board. Please help :( 
And yes, I have tried a different browser, device & incognito.
