Missing pop-up notification from Trello

I’m not receiving instantly pop-ups when something happens on my Trello card.

I’ve done the following:

I’m watching the list (the eye icon is on)

I’ve clicked the clock in the top right corner of Trello > Notifications > notification email frequency > set to: instantly.

I went to Chrome > settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Trello > Pop-ups and redirects >set to: allow

Can anyone tell me why I’m still missing the instant pop-ups notifications?

Are you Watching the list on the board as well as the cards? You can check more details about it at https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/watching-cards-lists-and-boards/

On your https://trello.com/my/account, the notifications are set as instantly?
Also, could you please check your settings? Specifically, verify if the "Due Date" reminder setting has been inadvertently set to "None" or something similar, which would prevent notifications from being triggered. Unfortunately, we cannot see these settings on our end, and without the ability to impersonate your account, we cannot confirm this ourselves.
