In some of our cards, is missing some information it was recorded in the past.
Is this caused for any problem with the Trello database?
Is possible to recover this information? Making a restoration of the database?

Are you noticing the missing information today? If so, it could be related to the ongoing Trello issue affecting card data and performance for some users.
Our engineering team is actively working to resolve this, and in many cases, the missing information may reappear once the issue is fixed. At this time, we aren’t able to restore specific cards or perform a database restoration individually.
Please keep an eye on our Statuspage for updates. If the information doesn’t return after the issue is resolved, please let us know.
