Missing fields on our cards

We had a section under description for email address, address, telephone numbers etc.  That whole section is gone.

I see here 2 Reasons:

If you used Custom Fields, your workspace might have dropped back to the Free plan. The good news is the data isn't deleted, it's just hidden until you upgrade again.

If the text was inside the card description, check the card's activity history. Trello lets you see and restore previous description versions right from the history log.
