Missing covers and descriptions on iPad since last update.

Noticed on the 18th, thought it might fix itself. - on my iPad covers are missing and descriptions are missing. Everything is fine on my PC. First noticed in my Recipes Board, but seems to be throughout. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall on the iPad? App Store says it was just updated 1 day ago, Version 2024.23.
