Missing board

Hi, I use the free version of the Trello app and share a board with someone who doesn’t use it anymore and lost their login - unfortunately they were the owner of the board. This board has disappeared from my account this morning, how can I get it back? I use it every week - is there a way it can be retrieved?

Do you happen to know the name of the board you're looking for? In the meantime, could you please check if the board is listed in your Closed Boards section?

It was called things at home. It’s not in my closed boards list

Hi @emily I have taken a look at the board, and it is closed. The board admin's account was deleted due to inactivity over the last two years, as per our Dormant account policy, and because of that, the board is closed.

I have promoted your account to board admin.

Can you please try now to reopen the closed board under a new workspace and let me know if you face any issues? You can follow the steps mentioned in the doc Reopen a closed board.
