Mirrored Cards-How do I get them to follow the same automations as the original cards?

I have 2 boards. 1 board is strictly for my team, the other for all of the teams to see what our staffs "lists".  The cards that are added to our main board, I have set up automations for them to mirror on the secondary board. However, on the main board, when the card is moved from one list to another, it does not move it on the secondary board. For instance, on the main board; I have a "To Assign" list. If a card is added to the list, it mirrors on the secondary board under "To Be Assigned". On the main board, if the card is moved from "to assign" to "In Progress", the card on the secondary doubles, instead of it strictly moving into the "in progress" lists. I now have a mirrored card in both lists instead of one mirrored card on the current list. How do I get my mirrored cards to automatically move instead of doubling?
