Merging labels

Hello and hope anyone can help

I am looking for a way to merge many labels into one.

e.g., let's say I have the logical label "great", which over time through syncs and cards moving between boards now exists also as {"great"; " great"; "great "; green "great"; yellow "GREAT!"; "blue "Great"; etc}

Is there any way to have a Butler script to take care of this? as a calendar action or a board bottom?

e.g. butler script: "for every card with the label " great" apply the label green "great""

Is there any other way of achieving this automation? some label management screen hiding somewhere maybe?

Interesting. Sounds like you have to change all cards to use only the green great labels, remove the labels for the rest and then clean up the board labels. I have a messy test board to try this.

you got me, and honestly the "and then clean up the board labels" is for brownie points :-)

any idea for a butler hack/other path for this?

While the documentation is still there, the server that host the server has gone out business. I have not implement it in another server as this is a very specific requirement and almost 3 years ago.

I built "Find & Replace Label" feature on my powerup Reorderable labels.

1. Pick a label you want to replace
2. Pick a label you want to use instead
3. Decide if you want to replace it only on visible cards or also on archived cards.
4. Perform replacement.

You'll still need to manualy delete the label that is now unused. But I could even add this feature if you ping me and let me know you need it.
