Membership Cancellation Issue

I want to cancel my Trello membership. I've done this many times before, but you keep charging me every time. I will now file a complaint. This situation needs to be resolved immediately.

Hi @Ceylan Karateke - Super sorry to hear about the hassle there! I just created a ticket on your behalf and sent an update through the ticket. You should get an email notification with a link to the ticket. We can continue the conversation in the ticket and get this squared away for you.

I have escalated this to Atlassian Support, look out for a response in the next few working days.
