Members without access to make changes to board, why?

I have a few reps with board access, but are unable to make changes, add cards, or sign off on roll call. I have reset there access. What else could be wrong?

Thanks for reaching out!

Could you please check if those users are Observers of the board? To do so, click on the Share button at the top of the board and see if there is an Observer indicator next to their accounts.

For context, Observers have a read-only view of the board and aren't able to make changes such as move or edit cards. More info here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-observers-to-boards/
