Members' Initials icon not appearing. This has been on going for 2 months already. Please see screenshots below. Need assistance as soon as possible.

Welcome to the community.

This was a bug fixe according to this link https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-865

According to the dev comments 

User can also self-resolve by logout and re-login. This would trigger a profile sync which fix the profile pic as well.

Can you try to see if the issue still persists?
