Member with paid licence VS member without licence

What is the difference between team members, for which a license is paid, and a user without a paid version that we can add to the board.

@Bojana Obrenovic if you add someone to the Team, they become billable. 
If you add someone directly to one board in the Team, they are not billable. 
If you add someone directly to MORE than one board in the Team, they are billable. 

Someone directly added to a board but not the Team is called a Team Guest.

Hi Bojana,

Welcome to the community! The big difference is free members can only edit boards that are visible only to themselves. Though they can have read-only access to other team boards.
