Member->guest, guest->member in Trello Premium

Hello, I have two problems:

1. I need to turn one member to guest.

2. I want to upgrade two guest to membership and admin.

How is it done?

You can go to the Workspace Members tab on the left panel to add or remove members. See below

Its not really that easy. In fact you have to be kind of Sherlock Holmes to succeed. However I have now upgraded guests to members and changed one member to guest.
