ALL of our team board are now all gone and everything now shows us a “Guest” and not members.
Can you please help in this situation on what might have happened and tell us how we can get our teams back to the way they were?

This just happened to us as well. We are no longer showing as Premium members so our support ticket is, I'm sure, at the bottom of the pile.
