Member Avatars/Initials Missing

My avatars changed from images to initials quite a while ago, but the last several weeks the initials are now missing from the cards. How do I correct this please? Screen Shot 2024-12-13 at 10.05.13 AM.png

Hi @Gabby Butterbaugh thanks for reporting this issue with missing avatar initials. We've identified an issue that's causing the initials of some users to be missing, and are actively working to restore them. Apologies for the disruption this is causing you.
