I want to create some analysis considering the performance of members in the board, according to SLA's and SLO's. I wanted to know what are the best ways to do this... which are the best power-ups for this task, for example?

Quickest and simplest to use are Dashcards (free)

You can track number of cards by member, number of completed, number of in progress etc...

You can also use Slas for Trello  or Chronos time tracker
