Me and my collegues get the message that our accounts are deleted

Hallo,

My collegues and I get the following message:

"Ad admin deleted your account. We sent an email with more details tot the following adress"

A mail I didn't receive so far.

We are a paying customer. We need urgently to get information and restore this. What can we do?

As you mentioned, you received the message. Where did you receive that message? Because you mentioned you haven't received any email for the same. Also, I have taken a look and see that you do have an active account with your personal email (the Gmail one). For which account did you receive the email? Is it a work account?

Hallo,

 

Thank you for your reaction. It's for the account Metering.services@elia.be.

As you can see in the print screen, all our members seems to be grey in a way...

The only one who still has access is Matthieu Lebrun (his icon is light as you can see).

We don't know why this is. We didn't do it our selves. We paid our bills, didn't receive any message....

Hi @Ben Van Looveren  , 

We received a request from Matthieu Ebrun for same issue. I have explained what happened. Your Atlassian accounts are managed, and your organization admin has control over your Atlassian accounts.

The request to deactivate the accounts was initiated by the organization admin. I have shared a list of organization admins with Matthieu Ebrun so they can reach out to them and ask for the reactivation of the accounts.

To avoid PII concerns, please remove the screenshot attached with user details.
