May 20, 2024 changes— free version all files will be view only… can they still download links?

• On May 20, 2024, in free Workspaces over the limit, boards will become view only.

^^^ once this happens - I understand people won’t be able to edit or collaborate, but WILL THEY STILL BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD FROM A LINK OR FILE POSTED IN A TRELLO FOLDER?

I have a subscription service where people can access the folders and download resources, they don’t need to do any collaboration or editing — will this still work as a way to serve my audience after May 20? Will they be able to click on a file and get the document when it becomes view only?

If that is the case, it sounds like they can be single board guests and you upgrade the workspace with only you as a workspace member to Standard for $5/month and then things will continue to tick along just as they do today...
