We would like to understand whether it is possible (and recommended) to manage Jira notifications without using email, and instead route them into Microsoft Teams conversations or channels, ideally grouped by topic or issue.
The goal would be:
Has anyone implemented something similar using native Jira integrations, automation rules, or third‑party apps?
Are there any limitations or best practices we should take into account?
