Malwarebytes blocking due to riskware

I'm suddenly getting this notice today from Malwarebytes on some (but not all) of my cards. Has anyone else run into this?

Welcome to the community

Based on the screenshot, it seems like the malware detection is flagging this because it's an EXE file. Could you clarify if this file is intended to be downloaded and used with Trello, or if it's simply stored as an attachment on the card for reference?
