Make a PERSISTENT setting to hide inbox

I do not need the 'Inbox' column next to a workspace.
It suddenly appeared and it takes up precious space on my screen.

Yes, you can 'drag' it to the left to hide it, but that decision is apparently memorized in a cookie. My cookies all go into the trashcan when my browser closes.

GOOD software design, let's you tick a setting, which gets stored server side and remembered across all browsers I use, regardless of what I do with cookies
GOOD software design makes this new feature optin, intstead of forcefully shoved into our faces
And GOOD software does 1 thing excellent, not trying to add tons of unrelated shit that degrades a product that happened to be spot on.

If you click on "Inbox" in the bottom navigation, that will toggle its visibility. That should persist when the browser closes and reopens.
